• Double-Layer Paving: Fine 0.6-1mm colored granules are paved for the top surface, followed by 1-4mm coarse granules (often recycled directly from a Reifenrecyclinglinie) for the base layer to optimize material costs.
• Precision Vulcanization: The mould is placed into the press where the PLC system manages the 3-8 minute vulcanization cycle at a working pressure of 20Mpa.
