It is harder and has a higher melting point than PE. Since the PP temperature of the homopolymer type is very brittle when it is higher than 0 \u00b0 C, many commercial <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.recycle-plant.com\/fr\/plastic-film-recycling-production-line\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.recycle-plant.com\/plastic-film-recycling-production-line\/\">PP materials<\/a><\/strong> are random copolymers of 1 to 4% ethylene or a clamp copolymer of a higher ratio of ethylene. The copolymer type PP material has a low heat distortion temperature (100 \u00b0 C), low transparency, low gloss, low rigidity, but has a stronger impact strength. <\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The strength of PP increases as the ethylene content increases. The Vicat softening temperature of PP is 150 \u00b0C. Due to the high degree of crystallinity, this material has excellent surface stiffness and scratch resistance. There is no environmental stress cracking problem in PP. The PP is usually modified by adding glass fibers, metal additives or thermoplastic rubber.<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le d\u00e9bit de PP a un MFR allant de 1 \u00e0 40. And the direction uniformity of shrinkage is much better than materials such as PE-HD. <\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The addition of 30% glass additive can reduce the shrinkage to 0.7%. Both the homopolymer type and the copolymer type PP materials have excellent moisture absorption resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and solubility resistance. However, it is not resistant to aromatic hydrocarbons (such as benzene) solvents, hydrogen chloride (carbon tetrachloride) solvents, and the like. <\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PP does not have oxidation resistance at high temperatures like PE, and it is harmful to the human body.<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les gobelets jetables utilis\u00e9s dans la vie quotidienne sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement fabriqu\u00e9s en plastique PC et PP.<\/h3>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le PC est un mat\u00e9riau d'ing\u00e9nierie amorphe avec une r\u00e9sistance aux chocs exceptionnelle, une stabilit\u00e9 thermique, un brillant, une inhibition bact\u00e9rienne, des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s ignifuges et une r\u00e9sistance aux taches. L'\u00e9cart du PC<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La r\u00e9sistance est tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e et le taux de retrait est tr\u00e8s faible, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 0,1 % \u00e0 0,2 %. Le PC a de bonnes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques, mais les caract\u00e9ristiques d'\u00e9coulement sont m\u00e9diocres, donc cela<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le processus de moulage par injection des mat\u00e9riaux est difficile. Lors du choix du mat\u00e9riau PC de qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser, cela doit \u00eatre bas\u00e9 sur les attentes finales du produit.
