The feeding section plays the role of solid conveying, the compression section plays the role of plastic melting and compression, and the homogenizing section plays the role of homogenization and metering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principaux facteurs affectant la sortie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vitesse de vis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avec l'augmentation de la vitesse de la vis, l'augmentation du volume d'extrusion est li\u00e9e au mat\u00e9riau. HDPE&gt;LDPE&gt;PP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le volume d'extrusion du mat\u00e9riau fondu \u00e0 faible viscosit\u00e9 est plus affect\u00e9 par la vitesse de la vis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le volume d'extrusion de la vis non refroidie est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus affect\u00e9 par la vitesse de la vis que celui de la vis refroidie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pression du moule de la machine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour la machine \u00e0 granul\u00e9s plastiques avec une vis \u00e0 rainure profonde et une vis courte, le volume d'extrusion chute fortement avec l'augmentation de la pression de t\u00eate al\u00e9atoire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plus l'\u00e9cart entre la vis et le cylindre est grand, plus la proportion du volume d'extrusion diminue avec l'augmentation de la pression de t\u00eate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Propret\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riau<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La propret\u00e9 des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res affectera \u00e9galement la production de la machine \u00e0 granul\u00e9s en plastique. Si le plastique recycl\u00e9 n'est pas nettoy\u00e9, ou m\u00eame m\u00e9lang\u00e9 avec des mati\u00e8res \u00e9trang\u00e8res, la qualit\u00e9 des particules de plastique extrud\u00e9es se d\u00e9t\u00e9riorera, et la machine pourrait \u00eatre endommag\u00e9e dans les cas graves.
