An Armenia-based waste collection and landfill management company contacted us about entering the plastic recycling business. They already had a steady supply of hard HDPE and PP waste from their existing operations but needed a compact, reliable small plastic recycling granulator to convert it into sellable pellets.

Their target capacity was 200kg/h — enough to validate the market without over-investing. The client was simultaneously comparing suppliers from Iran, so price competitiveness and credible proof of quality were essential to winning the order.

Shuliy solution

We proposed a complete 200kg/h hard plastic pelletizing line covering the full workflow: crushing → screw washing → dewatering → electromagnetic heating extrusion → screen-changing filtration → strand cooling → pellet cutting → drying → storage. The HDPE PP pellet extruder machine features electromagnetic heating on the main extruder for uniform temperature control and energy savings, plus a 40Cr alloy screw for long service life.

Throughout the evaluation, we provided running videos, factory footage, and technical documentation to build trust. The decisive moment came when the client arranged for a trusted contact in China to visit our Zhengzhou factory in person — after the on-site inspection confirmed our capabilities, the order was confirmed.

Ringkasan

This project is a strong example of how waste management professionals can leverage their existing raw material advantages to enter recycling manufacturing. The client’s key success factors were: choosing the right entry-level capacity (200kg/h), investing in new equipment over second-hand for reliability, and verifying the supplier through a trusted third party.

For us, it reinforced that transparency and real proof always outweigh marketing claims. If you’re exploring a similar business expansion, feel free to reach out for a tailored hard plastic pelletizing line solution.
