Unlike entry-level equipment, the SL-120T Pro focuses on structural rigidity and pressure precision. The machine provides a nominal clamping force of 1.2MN (120 Tons), delivered via four Φ160mm piston cylinders. This high-pressure environment is critical for ensuring the density of the rubber tiles, preventing air pockets, and guaranteeing that the finished pavers meet international safety and wear-resistance standards.
The 1100 x 1100 x 60 mm hot plates are designed for uniform heat distribution. With a maximum heating temperature of 200°C, the system ensures that the adhesive (glue) and rubber granules bond perfectly throughout the entire surface area of the tile, whether you are producing 500x500mm or 1000x1000mm specifications.

A primary bottleneck in rubber tile production is the manual labor required for de-moulding. Our specialized moulds utilize a Teflon plating process, providing a distinct competitive edge:
- Non-Stick Operation: The Teflon coating eliminates the need for release agents before every cycle. This reduces consumable costs and prevents chemical buildup on the tile surface.
- Adjustable Thickness: Each mould set is equipped with adjusting tooling, allowing for the production of four specific thicknesses: 15, 20, 25, and 30mm.
- Convenient Access: The sliding rail design reduces physical strain on operators, allowing the heavy moulds to be moved in and out of the heating layers with minimal resistance.

Efficiency in a production facility is measured by cycle time and purity. The SL-120T Pro operates on a synchronized cycle of heating, forming, and curing. To achieve the best results, the production follows a rigorous technical process:
- Material Preparation: Using a 250# Rubber Powder Mixer (4kw, 18r/min), granules are mixed with pigments and adhesives for 4-6 minutes.
- Double-Layer Paving: Fine 0.6-1mm colored granules are paved for the top surface, followed by 1-4mm coarse granules (often recycled directly from a タイヤリサイクルライン) for the base layer to optimize material costs.
- Precision Vulcanization: The mould is placed into the press where the PLC system manages the 3-8 minute vulcanization cycle at a working pressure of 20Mpa.
