Their immense size and robust construction make them impossible to process with standard equipment. <\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our fully-automatic OTR tire recycling line is an engineered system designed specifically to conquer this challenge, converting these liabilities into distinct, high-value revenue streams: clean steel and high-purity rubber powder.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OTR\u30bf\u30a4\u30e4\u306e\u30e6\u30cb\u30fc\u30af\u306a\u30a8\u30f3\u30b8\u30cb\u30a2\u30ea\u30f3\u30b0\u8ab2\u984c<\/h2>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u306a\u30bf\u30a4\u30e4\u30ea\u30b5\u30a4\u30af\u30eb\u30b7\u30b9\u30c6\u30e0\u306f\u3001OTR\u30bf\u30a4\u30e4\u306e\u72ec\u7279\u306a\u7d20\u6750\u7279\u6027\u306b\u3088\u308a\u5931\u6557\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002\u52b9\u679c\u7684\u306aOTR\u30bf\u30a4\u30e4\u5ec3\u68c4\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u306b\u306f\u3001\u6b21\u306e\u3088\u3046\u306a\u30b7\u30b9\u30c6\u30e0\u304c\u5fc5\u8981\u3067\u3059\uff1a<\/p>    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>\u5de8\u5927\u306a\u30b5\u30a4\u30ba\u3068\u91cd\u91cf\uff1a\u30bf\u30a4\u30e4\u306f\u76f4\u5f844000mm\u3092\u8d85\u3048\u3001\u6570\u30c8\u30f3\u306e\u91cd\u91cf\u306b\u306a\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3082\u3042\u308a\u3001\u5de8\u5927\u306a\u69cb\u9020\u7684\u5805\u7262\u6027\u3068\u30c8\u30eb\u30af\u3092\u6301\u3064\u6a5f\u68b0\u304c\u5fc5\u8981\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/li>    <li>\u975e\u5e38\u306b\u4e08\u592b\u306a\u30d3\u30fc\u30c9\u30ef\u30a4\u30e4\u30fc\uff1aOTR\u30bf\u30a4\u30e4\u306e\u92fc\u30d3\u30fc\u30c9\u30ef\u30a4\u30e4\u30fc\u675f\u306f5cm\u3092\u8d85\u3048\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3082\u3042\u308a\u3001\u5f93\u6765\u306e\u30d3\u30fc\u30c0\u30fc\u3084\u30b7\u30e5\u30ec\u30c3\u30c0\u30fc\u3092\u77ac\u6642\u306b\u7834\u58ca\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/li>    <li>\u539a\u304f\u5bc6\u306a\u30b4\u30e0\uff1a\u30c8\u30ec\u30c3\u30c9\u3068\u30b5\u30a4\u30c9\u30a6\u30a9\u30fc\u30eb\u306e\u539a\u3055\u306f\u975e\u5e38\u306b\u9ad8\u3044\u5207\u65ad\u529b\u3068\u30b7\u30e5\u30ec\u30c3\u30c0\u30fc\u80fd\u529b\u3092\u8981\u6c42\u3057\u3001\u81ea\u52d5\u8eca\u3084\u30c8\u30e9\u30c3\u30af\u30bf\u30a4\u30e4\u4ee5\u4e0a\u306e\u30d1\u30ef\u30fc\u304c\u5fc5\u8981\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/li> <\/ul>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u30b7\u30e5\u30ea\u30a4\u30a8\u30f3\u30b8\u30cb\u30a2\u30ea\u30f3\u30b0\u30d7\u30ed\u30bb\u30b9\uff1a\u6bb5\u968e\u7684\u306a\u8a73\u7d30<\/h2>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5f53\u793e\u306e\u30b7\u30b9\u30c6\u30e0\u306f\u3001\u591a\u6bb5\u968e\u306ePLC\u5236\u5fa1\u30d7\u30ed\u30bb\u30b9\u3067\u3001\u6700\u5927\u306e\u52b9\u7387\u3068\u90e8\u54c1\u306e\u9577\u5bff\u547d\u3092\u5b9f\u73fe\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002\u5404\u6bb5\u968e\u306f\u6b21\u306e\u5de5\u7a0b\u306e\u6e96\u5099\u3092\u884c\u3044\u3001\u30b9\u30e0\u30fc\u30ba\u3067\u53ce\u76ca\u6027\u306e\u9ad8\u3044\u904b\u7528\u3092\u4fdd\u8a3c\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><strong>Step 1: Pre-Processing &#8211; The Critical First Cut<\/strong><\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6700\u521d\u306e\u5206\u89e3\u306f\u3001\u4e0b\u6d41\u306e\u6a5f\u5668\u3092\u4fdd\u8b77\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u91cd\u8981\u3067\u3059\u3002\u30bf\u30a4\u30e4\u30b5\u30a4\u30ba\u306b\u5fdc\u3058\u30662\u3064\u306e\u5c02\u9580\u7684\u306a\u30bd\u30ea\u30e5\u30fc\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3\u3092\u63d0\u4f9b\u3057\u307e\u3059\uff1a<\/p>    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>\u5de8\u5927\u30bf\u30a4\u30e4\uff08&gt;2100mm \/ R35-R63\uff09\u5411\u3051\uff1aOTR\u89e3\u4f53\u6a5f\u3092\u5c55\u958b\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002\u305d\u306e\u5f37\u529b\u306a\u30a2\u30fc\u30e0\u3068\u30bf\u30f3\u30b0\u30b9\u30c6\u30f3\u30ab\u30fc\u30d0\u30a4\u30c9\u5408\u91d1\u30d6\u30ec\u30fc\u30c9\u306f\u3001\u30bf\u30a4\u30e4\u30924\u301c6\u306e\u7ba1\u7406\u3057\u3084\u3059\u3044\u5c0f\u7247\uff08\u30c8\u30ec\u30c3\u30c9\u3001\u30b5\u30a4\u30c9\u30a6\u30a9\u30fc\u30eb\u3001\u30d3\u30fc\u30c9\u30bb\u30af\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3\uff09\u306b\u30b7\u30b9\u30c6\u30de\u30c6\u30a3\u30c3\u30af\u306b\u88c1\u65ad\u3057\u3001\u308f\u305a\u304b10\u301c30\u5206\u3067\u5b8c\u4e86\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002\u3053\u306e\u4e8b\u524d\u88c1\u65ad\u306b\u3088\u308a\u3001\u4e00\u6b21\u30b7\u30e5\u30ec\u30c3\u30c0\u30fc\u3078\u306e\u8ca0\u8377\u304c\u5927\u5e45\u306b\u8efd\u6e1b\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/li>    <li>For Large Tires (1400mm &#8211; 4000mm): The OTR Debeader (Steel Ring Separator) directly targets the bead. It powerfully extracts the entire steel wire bundle from the tire rim in a single, clean piece within 2-5 minutes, preparing the tire for direct shredding.<\/li> <\/ul>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><strong>Step 2: Primary Shredding &#8211; The Heavy-Duty Workhorse<\/strong><\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e8b\u524d\u306b\u30ab\u30c3\u30c8\u3055\u308c\u305f\u30bf\u30a4\u30e4\u30bb\u30af\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3\u307e\u305f\u306f\u30d3\u30fc\u30c9\u9664\u53bb\u6e08\u307f\u30bf\u30a4\u30e4\u30ab\u30fc\u30ab\u30b9\u306f\u3001\u91cd\u6a5f\u7528\u30c4\u30a4\u30f3\u30b7\u30e3\u30d5\u30c8\u30b7\u30e5\u30ec\u30c3\u30c0\u30fc\uff081200\u30e2\u30c7\u30eb\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff09\u306b\u6295\u5165\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002\u3053\u306e\u4f4e\u901f\u30fb\u9ad8\u30c8\u30eb\u30af\u306e\u6a5f\u68b0\u306f\u3001\u8907\u5408\u5408\u91d1\u92fc\u88fd\u306e\u5805\u7262\u306a\u30a4\u30f3\u30bf\u30fc\u30ed\u30c3\u30ad\u30f3\u30b0\u30d6\u30ec\u30fc\u30c9\u3092\u4f7f\u7528\u3057\u3001\u539a\u3044\u30b4\u30e0\u3092\u5747\u4e00\u306a60\u301c150mm\u306e\u30d6\u30ed\u30c3\u30af\uff08\u30bf\u30a4\u30e4\u7531\u6765\u71c3\u6599TDF\uff09\u306b\u88c1\u65ad\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><strong>\u30b9\u30c6\u30c3\u30d73\uff1a\u30b0\u30e9\u30cb\u30e5\u30ec\u30fc\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3\uff06\u92fc\u7dda\u89e3\u653e<\/strong><\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The TDF blocks are conveyed to the Rubber Granulator (Crusher). This machine grinds the blocks down while a powerful integrated magnetic separation system pulls out the liberated steel wire, achieving over 99% purity. Our granulators can produce a range of rubber powder sizes, typically from 5 to 40 mesh, depending on the client&#8217;s target market. For example, our SL-560 model can produce 600-700 kg\/h of 20 mesh rubber powder.<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><strong>\u30b9\u30c6\u30c3\u30d74\uff1a\u6700\u7d42\u7cbe\u88fd\uff06\u53ce\u96c6<\/strong><\/p>    <p
