1. 首先，分类回收的塑料瓶，分开不同材料的瓶盖和标签。

2.将没有标签的瓶子放入塑料瓶破碎机，机器会将塑料瓶破碎成小块。

3. 塑料片不能直接用于加工，必须先清洗。

4. 将清洗后的塑料片晾干。这个步骤至关重要，会影响塑料的加工质量。

5. 清洗后的塑料片将被送入塑料颗粒机熔化，制作成新的塑料条。

6. 塑料条在冷却后将被切割成小颗粒。
