The first selection factor is steel bar diameter. A machine should be selected according to the buyer’s regular production range rather than only the largest occasional diameter.

The second factor is required finished diameter. For example, the SRB-6/10 model is designed for 6–10 mm steel bars and finished ring diameters of 50–800 mm. Buyers requiring larger rings should select a model with an appropriate forming range.

The third factor is production purpose. A spiral rebar forming machine for pile cages may require continuous multi-turn spiral production, while a rebar ring making machine for precast components may focus on individual rings with fixed diameters.

  • Rebar diameter range
  • Required ring or spiral diameter
  • Number of turns or finished product length
  • Target production capacity
  • Local voltage, frequency, and phase
