It is not a coil-wire straightening line and should not be confused with a high-speed wire straightening and cutting machine. Before processing, operators should remove concrete residue, welding attachments, and severely damaged pieces. Straightening changes the shape of a bar; it does not by itself certify the material for structural use. How the Multi-Roller Straightening System Works
The machine uses a guided feed path, traction pressure rollers, and a multi-point straightening section. The operator selects the feed opening that corresponds to the rebar diameter, introduces the bent bar into the machine, and the pressure rollers pull the material through the straightening mechanism.
As the bar moves through the machine, it is repeatedly corrected across several straightening points.
