Our Ethiopian customer’s main business is the production of aluminum-plastic laminates, and they have 5 factories in the region that use plastic recycled pellets to make laminates. Therefore there is a great demand for plastic recycling pelletizing line.
The customer found our factory online and contacted us through Whatsapp. Sunny, our account manager, received the customer at the first time and understood that their raw materials are plastic soft film, made of LDPE, and hard plastic HDPE.
Sunny replied to the customer promptly throughout the whole process and patiently introduced the two raw materials granulation methods and the required machines.
Finally, the customer chose two plastic pelletizing lines to recycle two kinds of raw materials respectively, including a plastic film pelletizing line and a hard plastic flake pelletizing line. We gave our customer an extra set of crusher knives, a set of ceramic heating (8pcs) and a set of heating ring (3pcs).
