For facilities processing low-grade waste paper, the system utilizes a heavy-duty vibrating screen to filter impurities that would otherwise cause premature wear on the mold profiles.


2. Forming System: The Core SL-Series Machine
The forming stage determines the capacity of the entire plant. At this stage, the SL-Series rotary egg tray forming machine utilizes a high-capacity vacuum pump system. In a precise 5-6 second window, the vacuum draws the pulp slurry onto the molds, extracting initial water content.
The wet trays exit the molds with a moisture content of exactly 60%-70%. To maintain synchronization at high operating speeds, the equipment integrates a indexer, ensuring exact positioning without mechanical jamming.

3. Egg Tray Drying Line: Moisture Evaporation
The 60%-70% moisture left after forming must be removed. The capacity of the drying system must precisely match the selected SL-Series forming machine to prevent bottlenecking.
- Multi-layer metal dryer for egg trays: This system operates via a continuous vertical conveyor. Trays travel on internal tracks without flipping horizontally, preventing breakage. The Shuliy metal dryer is constructed with full stainless steel internal panels and 100% thermal insulation cotton on the exterior shell to minimize fuel consumption.
- Brick kiln egg tray dryer: A localized solution for regions with lower brick and labor costs. While Shuliy does not ship bricks, we provide specific CAD layout drawings for track length and deliver the necessary fire-resistant hardware, fans, and burners.

4. Automatic Stacking & Packing
The final stage utilizes an automatic egg tray stacker. It compresses the dried trays into bundled units, typically 50 to 100 pieces per stack, reducing storage warehousing space and lowering manual labor volume.


Production Yield and Expected Raw Material Conversion
The SL-Series equipment functions as a complete paper pulp molding production line. By dismounting and replacing the forming molds, the same host machine seamlessly produces apple trays, coffee cup holders, and industrial shock-absorbing packaging. For clients producing strict-tolerance items like shoe stretchers, upgrading to CNC-machined aluminum molds and integrating a corresponding hot pressing machine is standard protocol to eliminate edge deformation.
