リサイクルプロセス

The process of plastic shredding, washing, and plastic pelletizing involves several key steps: Firstly, waste plastics are fed into a plastic shredder for pulverization, transforming large plastic waste into small particles. Following this, the cleaning process takes place, where contaminants and impurities are removed through washing and screening, ensuring the cleanliness of the raw material.

Subsequently, the cleaned plastic particles are fed into a plastic pelletizing machine, where they are melted into plastic melt under high temperature and pressure, and then extruded through a die head to form pellets. After the plastic pelletizing process, these recycled plastic pellets can be used in the production of various plastic products, achieving sustainable resource utilization and environmentally friendly recycling.
