プラスチック粒子化ユニットは、洗浄され破砕された廃ポリエチレンおよびポリプロピレンプラスチックを粒子に加工することができ、美しい外観、安定した品質、湿式および乾式、環境保護、省エネルギー、高出力の特性を持ち、再成形の原材料として使用されます。

プラスチックグラニュレーターのスクリューバレルは、炭素構造鋼棒を採用して調整および焼入れ、成形、窒化を行い、大トルクを実現しています。ギアボックスは三軸二段ヘリカルギア減速を使用しており、ギア材料は特殊鋼で作られ、鍛造、焼入れ、圧延された後、炭化処理と焼入れが行われるため、強度が高く、運転が安定しています。

プラスチックグラニュレーターは、全体の機械の骨格に良い材料を使用しており、設備の運転によって引き起こされる共鳴を減少させ、設備の寿命が長くなります。廃棄物が選別され、粉砕され、洗浄された後、良好な粒子を生成するために乾燥させる必要はありません。
