Steel reinforcement must be bent accurately before it can become stirrups, hooks, frames, support bars, and other structural components. The Shuliy GW Series Rebar Bending Machine is a compact, floor-mounted solution for construction sites, steel processing workshops, precast yards, and infrastructure projects that need dependable bar bending capacity.
The series covers GW40, GW40H, GW42, GW45, GW50, and GW60 class machines. Buyers can select the appropriate model according to steel bar type, maximum diameter, bending radius, expected output, and local power supply. Rather than choosing a machine only by its largest stated diameter, the better approach is to match capacity to the material that will be processed most often.



What Does a Rebar Bending Machine Do?
A Rebar Bending Machine forms round bars and ribbed reinforcement bars by rotating a bending disc against a fixed positioning pin. The operator installs a suitable center pin, forming pin, and stop pin according to the bar diameter and desired bending radius. When the disc rotates, the steel bar is guided around the pin to create the required angle.
This working method is suitable for common construction bending tasks, including 90-degree bends, 135-degree bends, 180-degree hooks, and other configured angles. The final bend quality depends on the machine setup, the correct selection of bending pins, bar grade, and the condition of the raw material.
The equipment is designed for bar bending. It does not replace a CNC stirrup-bending line with automatic feeding, straightening, and high-volume shape programming.

How to Choose the Right Model
Choose a GW40, GW40H, or GW42 when your primary material is small- to medium-diameter rebar and your operation needs a compact 3 kW machine.
Choose a GW45 when the work includes more frequent bending of medium-diameter ribbed steel bars and a 4 kW drive is preferred.
Choose a GW50 when round bars up to 50 mm or larger ribbed rebar are part of regular production. Choose GW60 for demanding projects involving large-diameter bars, subject to confirmation of steel grade and bending requirements.
