After straightening, the material enters the rounding assembly. The forming unit bends the bar into the required circle or spiral profile. When the programmed length, ring diameter, or number of turns is reached, the hydraulic cutting cylinder cuts the material and completes the cycle.

The listed travel speed refers to the material feeding and processing speed, not a fixed number of finished rings per hour. A larger ring requires more bar length per piece, so the final production quantity should be calculated according to the required diameter and product design.
