Compreendendo o Tanque de Lavadora Quente de PET Eletromagnético de 60kW
Achieving fiber-grade rPET specifications requires strict thermal and chemical control. A core component in this process is the PET hot washer tank. We utilize 60kW (and 80kW for 2000kg/h lines) electromagnetic technology rather than traditional steam boilers or resistance heaters. This specific plastic recycling heating system provides distinct operational metrics.
Thermal Efficiency and Operating Costs Traditional resistance heaters lose substantial heat to the surrounding environment. In contrast, electromagnetic heating generates a magnetic field that heats the stainless steel cylinder of the PET hot washer tank directly from the inside. This method yields a thermal efficiency exceeding 95%. By directing electrical energy precisely into the water and material, the system operates as a highly energy efficient recycling machine, lowering continuous kilowatt-hour consumption.
Temperature Stability for Adhesive Removal To effectively remove glue from pet flakes, the water must remain in a specific range. The optimal pet washing temperature is 85°C to 95°C. Electromagnetic systems reach this baseline rapidly and maintain the temperature with minimal fluctuation. If the temperature drops, the 1-2% caustic soda solution cannot break down hot-melt adhesives; if it exceeds 100°C, the PET polymer risks thermal degradation and intrinsic viscosity (IV) drop.
Safety and Compliance Steam boilers introduce pressurized vessel risks and demand specific government permits, safety inspections, and certified operators. The electromagnetic PET hot washer tank operates without open flames or pressurized steam. Furthermore, because the heating element is not directly submerged in the alkaline water, it avoids the rapid scaling and corrosion that plague resistance tubes.
Integrating this heating method provides recycling facilities with consistent cleaning parameters and reduced maintenance cycles.
