The Shuliy RPM Series Rubber Powder Making Machine is designed to convert pre-processed tire blocks into graded rubber powder for recycling applications. It is a key fine-processing unit in a waste tire recycling plant, combining rubber crushing, screening, steel wire separation, and nylon fiber removal.

The machine handles tire blocks measuring 30–100 mm and produces rubber powder from 5 to 40 mesh. Depending on the selected model and finished powder size, available capacity ranges from 80 kg/h to 2,300 kg/h.

Main Components and Design Features

The rubber cracker mill machine structure includes a motor, reducer, crushing rollers, machine base, cooling system, lubrication system, gear protection covers, and supporting separation equipment.

Grooved Alloy Rollers

The supplied machine information shows dual grooved rollers made from 5Cr6MnMo alloy material. The roller speed ratio is 1:2.5, which creates a shearing effect during crushing. The grooved surface helps grip and convey rubber blocks through the processing area.

Cooling and Lubrication Systems

Rubber grinding generates heat through friction and continuous material processing. The cooling system helps manage operating temperature, while the lubrication system supports normal operation of bearings and transmission components.

Protective Covers

Gear and transmission covers help reduce access to rotating components during operation. Final guarding, electrical configuration, and safety equipment should be confirmed according to local regulations and the final plant layout.
