수조 링 펠렛화 기계 작동 과정

플라스틱 압출기의 배출 다이 헤드에서 압출된 긴 스트립은 다이를 빠져나온 직후 회전 커터 헤드에 의해 잘립니다. 플라스틱 비드는 펠렛화 커버에 부착된 내부 캐비티로 던져져 고속 작동을 위해 초기 냉각을 위해 물로 냉각됩니다. 그런 다음 물 흐름은 플라스틱 펠렛을 건조 기계로 보내고, 이후 재료 냉각 장비로 전송됩니다. 이렇게 해서 플라스틱 과립이 완성됩니다.

The water used for cooling and transportation in the water ring pelletizing system does not come into contact with the die head. Due to the formation of a water ring around the die, the die is not in contact with the cooling water. This feature ensures the uniformity of the die temperature so that even if the output is low, the discharge of the die head is still normal.

The rotating cutter cuts the molten strands and throws the hot molten particles into the circulating water under the action of centrifugal force. The water flow carries the particles out of the pelletizing hood.
