The process begins with Bale Opening, where compacted bottles are loosened for inspection. Following this, the Trommel Screen removes stones and metals, protecting the downstream machinery. The heart of the pre-treatment is the De-labeling machine, stripping off PVC/PP sleeves to ensure initial purity.

Once the bottles are clean and label-free, they enter the PET Crusher. Here, bottles are reduced to 14-18mm flakes while being pre-washed. The most critical stages follow: Sink-Float Separation (removing caps/rings) and Hot Washing (removing glue/oils). After a final centrifugal dewatering and air classification, you get premium flakes ready for fiber or sheet production.
